上海力推人工智能以惠及全民；部长们请求苏纳克留任保守党领袖

TheUnitedNationsIndustrialDevelopmentOrganization'sglobalallianceonartificialintelligenceforindustry,andthemanufacturingcenterofexcellence,wereofficiallylaunchedinShanghaiduringtheannualWorldArtificialIntelligenceConferenceonThursday.

联合国工业发展组织的全球工业和制造业人工智能联盟和卓越制造中心于周四在年度世界人工智能大会期间在上海正式启动。

ThecityalsoreleasedtheShanghaiDeclarationonGlobalAIGovernanceduringtheevent.ThesemovessignifyShanghai'seffortstobuildahighlandofAI,officialsourcessaid.GerdMuller,director-generalofUNIDO,announcedtheestablishmentofthecenterattheopeningceremonyoftheWAIC&High-LevelMeetingonGlobalAIGovernanceonthetheme"GoverningAIforGoodandforall".

在活动期间，上海还发布了《全球人工智能治理上海宣言》。官方消息人士称，这些举措标志着上海正努力打造人工智能高地。联合国工业发展组织总干事格哈德·穆勒在主题为“构建人工智能良好治理生态，携手共创人类美好未来”的世界人工智能大会开幕式暨全球人工智能治理高层论坛上宣布了该中心的成立。

穆勒表示：“该中心将使发展中国家特别是能够从中国的人工智能和制造业的最佳实践中受益……负责任地发展这项开创性技术，并使发展中国家能够使用并从中受益，符合我们所有人的利益。”

Duringtheopeningceremony,applicationcasesof"AIfromChinabenefitstheworld"werereleased,coveringawidespanofsectors,includingtranslation,education,pharmaceuticalR&D,weatherforecast,agriculture,financeandtourism.

在开幕式上，发布了“中国人工智能惠及世界”的应用案例，涵盖翻译、教育、药物研发、天气预报、农业、金融和旅游等多个领域。

上海市委书记陈吉宁在开幕式上正式发布了《全球人工智能治理上海宣言》。陈吉宁表示，该宣言旨在促进人工智能的发展和安全，实现技术的联合治理和利益共享，致力于推动全球人工智能健康、有序、安全发展。

OnMonday,the78thsessionoftheUNGeneralAssemblyunanimouslyadoptedtheresolutionproposedbyChinaandco-sponsoredbyover140countriesonstrengtheninginternationalcooperationinthecapacitybuildingofAI,saidDaiBing,China'sdeputypermanentrepresentativetotheUN,duringaspecialbriefingonthesidelinesoftheGlobalAIGovernanceForumonThursdayafternoon.

周四下午，在联合国全球人工智能治理论坛的一次特别简报会上，中国常驻联合国副代表戴兵表示，周一，联合国大会第78届会议一致通过了中国提出并由140多个国家联合赞助的关于加强人工智能能力建设国际合作的决议。
